Traditional Yoga

Our traditional yoga classes are all beginner-friendly and aimed at connecting our breath with our bodies. What this means is we guide students in joining their movements with each breath and letting go of tension.

Props such as bolster cushions, yoga blocks, blankets and chairs are on hand to make sure classes are safe, comfortable and supportive.

We recognize that not all bodies are the same and not everyone is flexible yet yoga can be for everyone.
