Hatha yoga (what we call traditional) combines breathing techniques, body postures and meditative practices to help us tap into our “bliss”. Call it mindfulness, relaxation, “me time”, exercise or all of the above: it just feels good.
We work at desks during the day. We know the bliss of unravelling tense necks and shoulders, of breathing deep and fully and taking some much needed time for ourselves.
Nothing fancy. Just pure, gentle yoga. Beginners are so welcome! We love to modify poses to meet the needs of our students.
Yoga literally means unity – yoga is for ALL of us.
