SUP Yoga

Our first paddle on a SUP board, it was clear that this was the perfect yoga mat and the water and sky, the most beautiful studio.

On water, SUP Yoga is very much like traditional yoga with some added fun: you will get wet, the board rocks with the waves and poses are often modified to enhance stability.

SUP is a very core body oriented activity that helps increase overall strength and balance.

Add a sunset and some quiet meditation - pure bliss.
