SUP Yoga combines Stand Up Paddleboarding and traditional yoga.
Never been on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) before? We've got you covered. We'll teach you some basic skills such as how to identify and use your centre line and rails for better balance, how to manoeuvre on your deck, and how to let all of your worries float away with the gentle waves.
Which brings us to the questions most people ask: “Will I fall in?”. You might but we're not intentionally trying to make that happen :)
This practice is suitable for beginners and experienced paddlers/yogis alike.
