 Classes

Our classes are taught by fully certified yoga teachers, with a minimum of a 200 hour certification course with a Yoga Teacher Training program.

Our teachers also carry liability insurance and are trained in Emergency First Aid and CPR.

Our yoga classes are designed to fit the needs of the individuals in each group. Most of our classes are all-levels and are suitable for almost anyone, even absolute beginners.

Typical Class Breakdown

A typical 50 minute class consists of the following:

  • 5 minute centering and breath work
  • 10 minute warm up
  • 25 minute gentle movement and stretching
  • 5 minute cool down
  • 5 minute final relaxation

Each week, an intention is incorporated into the class and participants are asked to think about them on and off the mat. Examples of intentions are gratitude, compassion, patience, and inner strength.


Facility Requirements

You will need a quiet, open space or conference room, with approximately 21 square feet (3' x 7') per participant.

Employees will need a yoga mat and are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
