A for air – our new love of aerial yoga, an instant attraction.
W for water – summertime means yoga on the water…with lots of time in the water too!
E for earth – we both found yoga the way most of us do, with two feet on the ground.
We’re moms, wives, best friends. We spend time camping out, paddling rivers and living our yoga practice.
We believe in providing a fun-loving attitude in a relaxed non-competitive environment.
We encourage clients of all ages and skill levels to set their individual pace and experiment with a variety of techniques.
We are both Hatha Yoga and Aerial Yoga certified, trained in first aid and CPR, and certified Paddle Canada SUP instructors.
AWE Yoga is our baby and we are so stoked to watch it grow!

Aerial Yoga combines the traditional yoga poses with the use of a yoga silk. Aerial silks are extremely versatile; they can be used as a tool or prop to help students find comfort in traditional yoga positions, make postures more challenging, and to perform inversions. It's also just plain fun. Floating securely in the air, wrapped in silk is pure bliss.
By facilitating bending and stretching of the whole body during exercise, muscles and joints will be strengthened and rehabilitated, and the spine decompressed as the body hangs freely. As with other forms of active exercise, the circulatory, respiratory and digestive systems are improved through increased blood circulation. Yoga in general, and aerial yoga in particular is promoted as benefiting emotional, psychological and spiritual health.

SUP Yoga combines Stand Up Paddleboarding and traditional yoga.
Never been on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) before? We've got you covered. We'll teach you some basic skills such as how to identify and use your centre line and rails for better balance, how to manoeuvre on your deck, and how to let all of your worries float away with the gentle waves.
Which brings us to the questions most people ask: “Will I fall in?”. You might but we're not intentionally trying to make that happen :)
This practice is suitable for beginners and experienced paddlers/yogis alike.
Also booking private parties for the summer, contact us for details.
Gentle waves, sun, the sounds and smells of nature. It doesn't get any better.
Want to try it out? We offer
when we can't be on the water.
Hatha yoga (what we call traditional) combines breathing techniques, body postures and meditative practices to help us tap into our “bliss”. Call it mindfulness, relaxation, “me time”, exercise or all of the above: it just feels good.
We work at desks during the day. We know the bliss of unravelling tense necks and shoulders, of breathing deep and fully and taking some much needed time for ourselves.
Nothing fancy. Just pure, gentle yoga. Beginners are so welcome!
We love to modify poses to meet the needs of our students.
Yoga literally means unity – yoga is for ALL of us.
